Alicia Husband is your average mother fighting a battle against depression. She has struggled with depression since her childhood days. For years, the universe has tried to bring yoga and meditation into her life, but it wasn’t until recently that she finally opened her heart and her mind to the idea in order to start the healing practice. She is still a work in progress and is facing the demons of her past in order to heal and learn to live life to her fullest potential and manifest her dreams.
Alicia has recently completed an RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Certification course in order to have a greater knowledge and understanding of chakras, meditation, and energy. While she is still learning every day how to implement the lessons that she has learned through this program, she has decided to share her story with the world in order to help others have the courage to start their own transformation.
When not writing or practicing yoga, she can usually be found spending time with her four daughters.
